Implementation
Once your Root and Alignment Plan are solidified, you'll need teams to actually produce the Brand expressions. Designers, writers, developers, etc. In this stage, I will Brief and Direct the work of these creative partners. They can be people you already work with, or people pulled from my own network. You will contract and pay them directly.

My role
I will manage the project and coordinate the various external teams. I'll be by your side through all the key calls and reviews, providing honest critique and recommendations. Critically, you maintain decisive power (it is your baby!).

Duration
Depending on the size of your business and quantity of items, projects can run anywhere from 1 month to 1 year. But most medium-sized businesses will need 3-6 months.

Must complete Courage and Commitment before engaging.
