Volunteer Recognition Awards

Sometimes, a lack of resources means volunteer award ceremonies for many charities aren’t designed with the most amount of care. To reflect Norwood’s respect for the impact and commitment of their volunteers, I took the chance to create a new empowering, confident identity that volunteers would feel proud of. It was a huge success.
